PURPOSE
This template is used to inventory the customer's systems (ERP, backend systems, middleware, 3rd party
systems), and other areas that may impact the project. It is to be pre-populated by Ariba based on the
Sales-To-Delivery Handoff session, subsequently supplemented by the customer, and eventually will be the
document we used to obtain signoff on Architecture scope.
PROCEDURES

1. The Technology Services Lead and the Architecture Review Support Team (ARST) members should
populate the Architecture Review Pre-Readiness Questionnaire (below) with information obtained
during the Sales to Delivery Handoff and pre-planning meetings.

2. This questionnaire is then locked so that only the form fields are editable and sent to the customer
by the Technology Services Lead in advance of the actual Architecture Review session so that they
may fill in additional/supporting detail.

3. The customer should return the completed questionnaire to Ariba. The Technology Services Lead
should then use the content from the questionnaire to customize the Architecture Review Customer
PPT (see template PPT) that is used to conduct the actual Architecture Review Session.
