Communication skills The success of my working experience always has been based on an interaction with the other
people.
I have been working as street promoter since I was 14 years old and very quickly got rid of any
shyness and a fear of talking with the strangers in order to be paid well.

During university studies I have been experienced as a questioner in several small commercial
projects thus later I was hired as a political promoter for Russian United Democratic Party
“​
Yabloko”​ and Party ​“United Russia”​during elections in Rostov City Duma and election of the
Heads of Rural settlements in 2010, 2011 and 2013. Then I developed the ability to convince
in an extremely short period of time aggressively adjusted against all Russian politicians
people to provide their personal data and passports' numbers (the job was paid not by working
hours, but by the amount of the verified questionnaires). Average result — about 500 of
verified questionnaires in three weeks of political campaign.

In my main field of work — news reporting — during years of copious interviews I improved my
favorite skills: assertiveness and flexibility. In order to have high quality journalistic text I had to
vary my attitude based on the situation in which we interact with interviewee.

Organisational / managerial In university I was elected as President of the student group. Was working with students to
skills resolve their problems, represent students opinion to the office, managed group budget,
planned the events, determined which study materials to purchase.
