Leadership Development - Test One - What is your leadership style?

This test is designed to help you identify your preferred leadership style. It should take about 5 to 10
minutes to complete.

How do you behave, contribute and interrelate with others when leading your team? We all have
natural tendencies in our workplace. Determining your preferred leadership style can help you in your
career planning and personal development decisions. Your can use this information to find the
environment you need to thrive and work out how best to work with colleagues

The questionnaire is to describe your leadership style as you yourself perceive it. Judge how frequently
each statement applies to you. Please rate each statement as follows:
