The TK-R connector is an advanced development of the well-proven TK connector. It has

some major improvements including a round centre lock designated by the letter ‘R’.

TWIN INBOARD
SCRAPER BARS
The Reilloc Scraper Bar comprises two interlocking pieces which dovetail together. These are fastened together
with two horizontal Huck Bolts or with standard Grade 10.9 bolts and Grade 10 nyloc nuts. This system allows
the horizontal bolts to be removed and the two halves of the bar to be disengaged from the chain anywhere
along the conveyor.
The bars are drop-forged using high quality heat treated steel. If a stronger bar is required, the forgings are
manufactured using chain steel, improving impact resistance with no increase in weight.
Operational experience has demonstrated that this design has low no-load characteristics, coupled with
effective shape related to material carry back. These features minimise the amount of power absorbed operating
the chain assemblies during coal production.
REILLOC
OUTBOARD
SCRAPER BARS
The Reilloc Outboard Scraper Bar is designed to suit chain sizes from 14 - 26 mm and can accommodate multiple
chain centres. It is used in conjunction with the TD connector and has had a proven track record in the mining
industry since the 1960s.
The chain assemblies can be built using either Huck Bolts or standard Grade 10.9 bolts and Grade 10 nyloc
nuts, depending on customer preference.
The bars are drop-forged using high quality heat treated steel. Operational experience has demonstrated that
this design has low no-load characteristics, coupled with effective shape related to material carry back. These
features minimise the amount of power absorbed operating the chain assemblies during coal production.
