Dear Coaches,

First, we would like to start off with thanking you for taking time out of your busy
schedule to glance at this document. As PSIII Teacher Interns we are required to
work on a Professional Inquiry Project (PIP) that we think is important and
interesting to further our research and development as educators. For our project
we have decided to delve deeper into the world of coaching. With your
