9 Girls Volleyball Pre-season Survey 2018

Hello Parents,

Welcome to the wonderful world of volleyball! We hope you are as excited about
this upcoming season as us coaches are. We have created this document to help
further our knowledge and experience as a coach. As PSIII Teacher Interns we are
required to work on a project that we think is important and interesting to further
our research and development as educators. For our project we have decided to
delve deeper into the world of coaching.

This survey will remain confidential as we are looking for further information to
aid future coaches and ourselves in our knowledge and development to become
the best we can for your child. There is also a section at the end that we would
like your child to fill out to provide us with some information from their
perspective. To support this project, we ask that you fill out this short survey and
send it with your child to practice by September 19th, 2018.
