The Red Line Extension Coalition 95th Street Panel of Development with West Chesterfield, Roseland Heights, Lilydale, Vernon Park,
Washington Heights, 95th Street Business Owner, Marcia Shannon-Jones and other community members Developed a TOD Area
GOOD BUSINESS NEIGHBOR “Code of Conduct/Ethics” AGREEMENT. The following businesses have signed on to the agreement
and will provide input as the agreement is refined.
Our 95th Street Good Business Neighbors Awards were presented to Camille Garrett State Farm, Phil Smith of Perfect Touch Beauty
Salon, Ayton Taylor of AL Taylor and Associates., Mark Griffin of Griffin Auto Care, Andre Bennett of Royal Crest Realty. PIP Realty a
new Vernon Park Business also signed and agreed to be GOOD BUSINESS NEIGHBOR.
