Eurotherm device

There are 4 thyristor stacks (one for each different zone of the container)
All 4 modules are controlled independently by a single Driver Module.
The Power Reference is acquired by means of 4 analogue inputs.
SK1 Standard I/O - i/p1 for RC11
SK2 Standard I/O - i/p2 for RC21
SK3 Optional I/O - i/p3 for RC31
SK4 Optional I/O - i/p4 for RC41

The setup can be easily done using the Quick Start Menu on the Driver Module.
(see chapter 4 – QUICKSTART on user guide manual)

Press and hold the LEFT key (for ~2 seconds) Access menu will appear.
Goto -> Quick -> Passcode4
By doing so will enter Quick Start Menu.
Here you must set the main parameters:
PwrModType -> internal
Power Modules -> 4
I maximum -> 80A
Nominal Current - > 100A
Nominal Voltage - > 400V
Network Type -> 1Phase
Load Type -> Resistive
Firing Mode -> BurstFix
FeedBack -> Open Loop
Analog IP1 Func ->Setpoint
IP1 Type -> 4-20mA
Analog IP2 func -> Unused
Analog IP2 func -> Unused
Relay 1 Func 0 -> Unused
Energy -> No
Load Man Type -> No
Finish -> Yes
After setup is complete the unit shall be fully functional but pay attention because all the four Legs will have
the same reference point.
(taken from SK1 Standard I/O - i/p1)
So after quick setup you must configure each analogue input individually in order to have different setpoint
for each leg.
You need to use Itools_v9-63 it can be downloaded from the Eurotherm site.
