    Sir:

    This has reference to the residential duplex building constructed on the lot co-
    owned by the undersigned situated at Brgy. San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City covered by
    TCT No. 179189. For the information of your office, we have submitted all the original
    documentary requirements to the City Assessor’s Office for the issuance of tax
    declaration. However, the said building has not been issued any tax declaration for real
    property to this date.

    In this regard, we are requesting for the issuance of tax declaration for real
    property for the above residential duplex building. We further request that a separate
    tax declaration be issued for each of the two (2) units of the duplex building.

    Your prompt action on the above matter is highly appreciated.
