The National Association of Business Permits and Licensing Officers (NABPLO) in partnership
with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Department of Trade and
Industry (DTI) will be having its 2nd NABPLO Convention on November 26-28, 2018 at the Marco Polo
Hotel, Davao City, with the theme, SOARING HIGH: Expanding Horizons towards Ease of Doing
Business. We expect the attendance of at least 300 representatives from different local government
units, national agencies and private sector.
In view of this, we would like to invite your BPLO Chief/Designate and/or representatives to
attend the said convention. A Memorandum Circular from DILG to consider this event as official
business is being finalized.
The Convention fee for the 3-day event is P10,000.00 per participant which shall cover the
convention kits, Fellowship Night (dinner) and Convention meals (AM Snack / Lunch/ PM Snack).
Attached is the registration form and the tentative program. You may also register online starting
October 8, 2018 via the Facebook page of NABPLO Philippines.
We would like to request for the confirmation of your BPLO chief and/or officer’s attendance on
or before October 30, 2018. Confirmed slots are on a first-come first-served basis.
