FITRAH ARGUMENT:
The term fitrah literally means, creation; the causing a thing to exist for
the first timeIn a fitrah argument, it is explained that when a child is
born he is born believer of god and born in a state of fitrah i.e pure
innocence.
Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W) said: “Every child is born in a state of
fitrah i.e pure innocence .it is his parents who made him a jew a
christian or a pagan.
Man is a believer by fitrah. Human nature is much like a clear mirror
which reflects everything in front of it. However, the moment it gets
steamed-up, it loses its clearness and, thus, no longer reflects objects,
and only then does the soul need evidence.
Hence, faith in Allah the Almighty can be the outcome of fitrah (pure
human nature) or of rational evidence and scientific proof.
Allah created mankind and installed in their nature the belief in Him. If
they follow this belief, they will be composed, assured, calm, and
happy; whereas, if they fail to do so, they will suffer hardships and
sickness, developing the symptoms of the soul disease, such as
arrogance, cruelty, haughtiness, selfishness, and pompousness.
Dr Justin Barrett, a senior researcher at the University of Oxford's
claims that young people have a predisposition to believe in a supreme
being. He says that young children have faith even when they have not
been taught about it by family or at school, and argues that even those
raised alone on a desert island would come to believe in God.
(Reflex action + no atheist in sinking ship.).
“It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor doth
the night outstrip the day. They float each in an orbit”
[Quran:40].
Scientific Reasoning:
The most important question about
human is did we exist by chance? is there a God? Where did
we come from? There are three possible answers
1. We came from nothing
2. We created ourselves
3. Something else have created us.
According to laws of science, nothing comes from nothing and
something always comes from something. So, the first option
is incorrect.
If we created ourselves it’s like we are saying we exist and
don’t exist at the same time or its like saying our mother have
given birth to themselves. The age of our universe is 13 billion
years but the time it takes to make a human protein by chance
is 634 million and billion years and that is the age of our
universe × 45 million and so the concept that we created by
chance or something created us is incorrect. With all the
technology that we have. We will not been able to create a
mobile working perfectly like human. With all the technology
that we have. We will not been able to create a camera close
to the human eye(576 pixels). With all the technology that we
have. We will not been able to create a heart that can pump
7200 liters of blood daily without any complications. With all
the technology that we have. We will not been able to create
kidneys working 24/7 filtering 180 liters of blood daily. So
human cannot be created itself.
If we does’nt came from nothing and if we cannot created
ourselves then something must have created us. In the
English language He is ‘God’, or more appropriate in the
Arabic language, ‘ALLAH’
