Mical Water Station is a water refilling station with its main office situated at Wescom
Road, Brgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City. We provide purified, clean and safe drinking water
as our water product undergoes a monthly microbial water testing conducted by the City Health
Office of Puerto Princesa City. Aside from this monthly test, an annual testing is likewise
conducted by the same government agency.

We are offering this letter of intent in regard to supplying your company with its drinking
water supply. Our products consist of 5-gallon slim and round containers. For our customer’s
convenience, we also offer delivery services from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Our price per
container is set at P_________ per 5-gallon container.
