Examples:

Examples:
Has she arrived from London yet? / She hasn’t arrived from London yet
Time expressions:
recently, lately ð before the main verb or at the end in affirmative sentences
today/these days

the period of time has not finished.
Examples:
I have studied at this school for five years (I came five years ago and I’m still studying here)
I have studied at this school since 2003 (I came in 2003 and I’m still studying here)
She has written 18 e-mails so far this morning (She may have finished writing e-mails but we are still in this
morning)
Time expressions:
Since+ point of timeð I have lived here since 2000 / I have lived here since I was seven
