I. General Program Information:

Program Title : MCBAC SHS SCIENCE TEACHERS’ LAC SESSION


Program Description: It has been widely noted that with the implementation of K-12
program, learning is increasingly collaborative and knowledge
increasingly distributed across many stakeholders of a learning
community. Thus, it is a need for a particular group of teachers to
conduct a LAC Session to formulate new actions/plans in a
collaborative approach.
Prerequisite Programs: Assessment of Learning Strategies

Rationale:

As a team, it’s time for the cluster to review the (strategic planning) action plans
made by the teachers. It is the perfect time to take inventory of where they stand with their
strategic goals, focus on where they are headed in the second quarter, and formulate a new
(or updated) action plans for the development of the school and other learning community.
Objectives:

The teachers are expected to:


a. identify subject area competencies not covered in the 2nd grading period;
b. Consolidate Least Mastered Competencies
c. Make a unified Quarterly Examination
d. Write action plan for the 3rd Quarter based on assessment;

End of Program Outputs:

Consolidated Least Mastered and Not Covered Learning Competencies, Ready-made


action plans, and Ready-Made Unified Quarterly Test Questions

Expected Final Outcomes/Success Indicators:

The teachers make improvement plans for the next quarter.
