In order to unlock the reactivation lock follow the “(14-49) GalaxyS5 How to skip box
open Reactivation Lock activation.pdf” notice.
In a few words:
1.: Download a full SW over version ND2 on the phone
(Not every SW even if it is over ND2 can unlock the reactivation lock at this state, so if it
doesn’t work, use different SW or SW with different buyer. There is a list in the referred
notice)
2.: Download the EFS
It should be ok now.
