Each document is identified by a set of codes and a sequential number, in accordance

with the following schematics:

4. REVISION INDEX

Each document shall be issued with numerical index and shall be taken
chronologically as 0 for first issue, then 1,2,3,etc…. in case of up dating of
COMPANY’s document, CONTRACTOR shall continue the revision chronological
numbering sequence started by COMPANY.

Engineering documents shall be issued with status index clearly indicated in the
description column of title blocks as follow :

 Status A, Issued for comment,

 Status B, Issued for approval,
 Status C, APPROVED for construction (this status applies when approval has
been granted by COMPANY, and Certification Authority where applicable)
 Change of status implies automatically the change of revision index.
