Intergalactic Diplomacy: An Interview

with Dr. Alexander Trofimov

We humans tend to think the way to wisdom is by looking outwards, but it’s
not. We already have wisdom. We need only to look inward. Dr. Alexander
Trofimov, Director of the Institute for Scientific Research in Cosmoplanetary
Anthropoecology (ISRICA) in Novosibirsk, Russia, has spent a lifetime honing his
skills at looking inward.

A remarkable technology called Kozyrev’s Mirrors reflects a person’s thoughts

and feelings, focusing them until they coalesce into awareness that usually
disperses outward into the cosmos around us. Nine years ago, I visited Dr. “I didn’t see anything, but I felt them.”

Four years ago, I authored another: “Onward to Mars with Kozyrev’s Mirrors: An Interview with Dr. Alexander Trofimov”
detailing his research breakthroughs in viewing constructed artifacts on the surface of the Moon.

Now, he tells me, he and his team of inner-space cosmonauts have another breakthrough—they have begun actual
communication with extraterrestrials.

HILTNER: How did this recent communication commence?

TROFIMOV: On July, 26, I was in the Avani Atrium Hotel in Bangkok, giving a keynote speech: "Scientific Declaration
about the Urgency of Global Geoecological Systems for Humanity Survival at the Epoch of Cosmoplanetary and Climate
Changes ” at the Fifth Earth Science and Climate Change Conference by the OMICS Group, an open access publisher and
scientific events organizer, disseminating research articles to the global community. This conference is dedicated to the
creation of a global system of geo-ecological life support and the scientific declaration of a human survival strategy in an
era of cosmoplanetary and climate change.

While I was speaking, my colleagues Dr. Taisia Kuznetsova and Dr. Olga Oseeva
were inside our Kozyrev’s Mirrors in Novosibirsk in a state of quantum
superposition of their consciousness, attuned to me. At that time, D.Kuznetsova
drew an unknown ship in motion (see pencil drawing below). For the next two
weeks, Dr. Kuznetsova continued to receive images of this object during several
virtual expeditions inside Kozyrev’s Mirrors.

HILTNER: I know that you don’t announce your research until you have
something concrete to share. What makes this a breakthrough?

TROFIMOV: On August 28, we printed our photographs from the conference and
discovered, in one of the photographs from July,27, two UFOs—silver disks that
looked remarkably similar to Dr. Kuznetsova’s sketch. Compare them!

We did not know of their presence while we were in Bangkok. So, after two Dr. Taisia Kuznetsova and Dr. Olga
weeks of communicating with the occupants of this ship, we discover that it Oseeva inside Kozyrev’s Mirrors in
had been physically present in Bangkok at the time that Dr. Kuznetsova was Novosibirsk, Russia, July 26, 2016

HILTNER: Do you have the impression that these ships are terrestrial, man-made, anti-gravity airships, terrestrial
nonhuman airships, or extraterrestrial in origin?

TROFIMOV: According to the intergalactic astronauts, their ships fly on an anti-gravity basis. This ship was
extraterrestrial in origin.

HILTNER: On what are you basing your opinion?

TROFIMOV: My opinion is based on our connection. We received information in two ways—real photo-documentation
(the camera was in my hands) and the representative pictures of my colleague with details of extraterrestrial
constructions made at the same moment that the ships appeared and for two weeks after that, but before we were
aware of the physical presence of the ships in Bangkok.

HILTNER: Have you or your research team been in contact with the disks' occupants?

TROFIMOV: Yes, Dr. Kuznetsova had direct contact with intergalactic astronauts.

HILTNER: What were they like?

TROFIMOV: We have communications with them, with images, but we’re not yet ready to publish those because our
dialogue has only started and we want continue without sensationalism.

HILTNER: Did you have any physical/emotional/spiritual feelings relating to their presence?

TROFIMOV: Our operator Dr. Kuznetsova and her colleague Dr. Oseeva had a whole complex of physical/emotional
feelings, so they are absolutely certain of the reality of all events—not as dreams or imagination. They had the feeling of
real cosmic flight.

HILTNER: They both did?

TROFIMOV: Correct.

HILTNER: Why did the communications stop after two weeks?

TROFIMOV: Dr. Kuznetsova was away from Novosibirsk from August 10 until August 23. Remember, we only saw the
objects in the photos on August 28. We have now approximately 17 protocols with her drawings of the details of the
exterior and interior of these ships. Since discovery of the photos, we have renewed our contact and will publish them
after we finish this part of the project.

HILTNER: Do you have an opinion of the significance of these ships?

TROFIMOV: This meeting means a new epoch for the mankind, the start of dialogue with other cosmic civilizations, the
epoch of transmission to the new noosphere. Everything depends on humanity now. At ISRICA, at our New International
Center of Kozyrev's Space Investigations we are pursuing correct scientific accompaniment of these contacts. We are
open for cooperation with anyone with clean aims.

HILTNER: Are there any other details about your encounter and your reaction to it that you can describe?

TROFIMOV: I receive a lot questions and congratulations from different countries and members of our International
Scientific Research Institute of Cosmoplanetary Anthropoecology, named after academician V.P.Kaznacheev. He
dreamed and wrote about this meeting of intellects in Kozyrev's space. We have now named this space, in which we can
make contact with extra-terrestrials: Kozyrev's-Kaznacheev's space.
I want say some words to observers who work with other Mirror devices, but not genuine Kozyrev's Mirrors: Don't
attempt to exploit our experiment for money and business! This is dangerous for future of our civilization!

HILTNER: How is your work different from people such as Corey Goode and Andrew Basiago, who claim to have
communicated with extraterrestrials as part of a secret space program?

TROFIMOV: I know about their works, but consider that real contact on a scientific basis is only possible into Kozyrev’s
space, where, as N. Kozyrev said, the light speed limit is absent, opening the unique possibility to transmit information
instantly to different points of the universe. We have now photo confirmation of the effectiveness of our technology:
the Mirror’s quantum superposition of human consciousness. We ‘ll be glad to look at photos and other results of
communications from our colleagues.

HILTNER: When do you expect to publish the findings of your current communications?

TROFIMOV: I hope that during next year we can publish some protocols with new commentaries.

HILTNER: We can hardly wait!
