KPPIA KPPIA is a part of continuous education program which will be its 6th year.
It is one of the obligatory scientific program that every member of

PERDATIN must participate, as decided by the P2KB (Scientific Program
Department) of PERDATIN, as a condition in the administration of
practice permit.

The Officiating Committee of Indonesian Society of Anesthesiologist and
Intensive Therapy (PERDATIN), along with their Scientific Program
OPENING Department, has appointed PERDATIN Branch of East Java to be the
Executive Committee of KPPIA.
SPEECH
The Scientific Program Department will word hard to provide a selection of
scientific program, including lectures, panel discussions, and workshops
that are divided into 2 parallel class, along with experts from each
compelling topic to refresh and update the Knowledge of Anesthesia.
There are also Programs for Residents that provide a platform for them to
grow their solidarity among the students of Anesthesiology and Intensive
Therapy Education Program.

KPPIA Praise be to GOD Almighty so that we can meet again in the event of
Anesthesiology Refinement & Enhancement Course (KPPIA) in 2018.

2018 11 - 14 JULY 2018

KPPIA is one of PERDATIN's programs in an effort to improve the service
standard and professionalism of PERDATIN members. The development
of science and technology in the field of medicine in general and
SURABAYA, EAST JAVA anesthesiology and therapy in particular has been running so fast. The
circumstances require an anesthesiologist to always add the repertoire of
science so as to follow the developments that occur at this time. The
OPENING purpose of science and technology development is to improve the quality
SPEECH of anesthesia services and patient safety, although these advances
certainly impact on increased maintenance costs and sometimes even
difficult to implement in various places in Indonesia. Thus, an
anesthesiologist is required to always follow the development of science
and technology, but in a flexible and creative also must be able to adjust
the application of such science in the workplace everyday.

In this 4 - day activity of 11 - 14 July 2018, we will listen to Anesthesiologists

who will speak well in the areas of Anesthesia & Analgesia, Emergency
Medicine, etc.
 
Let us take advantage of this good momentum by following the Course and
Symposium, as well as nostalgic and tighten the bonds of brotherhood /
friendship between colleagues both from general practitioners, resident,
specialist, & nurse anesthesiologist.

Hopefully KPPIA PERDATIN EXPO 2018 Conference is beneficial for all of

us.

program of the KPPIA 2018.

EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION :

1. Extended abstracts may only be submitted ONLINE through the KPPIA ofcial
website at https://abstrak.kppia2018.com after receiving conrmation email for
registration.
2. Extended abstracts submitted by email, fax or post will NOT be accepted.
3. In submitting the extended abstract, authors grant the Free Communication
Committee of KPPIA 2018 the right to publish the extended abstract both in hard
and electronic forms.
4. Extended abstracts could be submitted on 1 March 2018 and will be closed at
31 May 2018(24.00; GMT+7).
5. Extended abstracts submitted after deadline will NOT be accepted.
6. Authors could make changes to the submitted extended abstract by using their
usernameuntil the submission deadline date. No changes will be accepted after
this date
7. Extended abstracts will independently reviewed by the experts and accepted
based on scientic value and educational need.

EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES :

1. Statement of responsibility
- all authors must agree with the entire contents of submitted extended abstract
and consent to being listed as authors;
- extended abstract must not have been submitted to any other national or
international meeting;
- extended abstract is based on scientic and/or clinical methods that are
ethical and valid;
- no trade names should be written for drugs, devises, and/or instrumentations,
- any medications or other substances referred to in the materials must be
identied by their scientic names only;
2. Authors are required to indicate their preference for either oral or poster
presentation by checking the presentation preference(oral/poster) box on the
submission web page.
3. Extended abstracts will be reviewed by peer review of experts in the associated
topic. The KPPIA 2018 Free Communication Committee will make the nal
decision of the format presentation (poster or oral). Committee decision is nal
and cannot be appealed.
4. The best 75 extended abstracts will be published in SCOPUS INDEX publication
by international scientic publisher such as IOP Publishing. Scopus is
bibliographic database containing abstracts and citations for scientic articles,
including medical sciences. Indexed publication is considered to be higher
scientic quality as compared to non-index publication. Authors are required to
indicate their preference for SCOPUS INDEX publication by checking the
SCOPUS INDEX publication preference (yes/no) box on the submission web
page.
5. The author of selected papers for SCOPUS INDEX publication will be notied
earlier by Free Communication Committee and must agree to accommodate
SCOPUS INDEX publication needs (paper revision and some additional
request). Original research is preferable. Committee decision is nal and cannot
be appealed.
6. Please ensure that your email address is accurate at the time of
submission. All correspondence will be sent via email to the
corresponding author. If there are any changes please contact

7. Extended abstract must be submitted in ENGLISH only . Extended
abstract in any other language will not be accepted.

- All room reservation processed through the Committee are only for the registered participant of KPPIA PERDATIN 2018.
- Online Room reservation will open on April 1st, 2018.
- Online room reservation will be closed on June 11th, 2018.
- Once the online system has been closed, all participant can process the room reservation on-site on the venue.
- Except for group reservation, Organizing Committee will not accept any room reservations made through email and fax.
- Each participant is allowed to make reservation of maximum 2 (two) rooms (for same hotel or different hotel).
