Subject: Steps to resolve SAM client download ( Unable to download client) -

Hi ,

I saw couple of them facing issue with SAM client download . Please perform the below steps before Downloading client
on Window PC .

Add below entry in hosts file on Window PC


C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

135.250.192.31 nltsam31 nltsam31

Save the file

If not able to edit the file .Provide permission using below steps
1. Right click -> properties of hosts file
2. Security Tab -> Users -> Edit
3. Select Users (Give full control) . Click Ok .
4. Click Ok
5. Recheck that you have permissions to edit the file and save it .

Make sure that file name is hosts file ( Not hosts.txt) . Enable file extensions to be visible on PC .

Untick Hide extensions for known file types

And then Launch the browser .
http://135.250.192.31:8085/client/
