Dear Sir,

Good day and we hope you are well.

We are a manpower agency duly licensed under the rules and regulations
of the POEA and the Department of Labor and Employment. We have
recently come into fire when one of the workers we had previously
deployed filed baseless cases against our agency, CSV International
Placement Agency. Although we had done no wrong we still chose to settle
our differences with the worker in an amicable manner in the hopes that it
would quell her personal vendetta against our corporation.

All of our efforts were in vain, despite receiving a settlement and signing an
affidavit of desistance she still managed to obtain a favorable judgment
with the POEA Adjudication division, which imposed the maximum penalty
of cancellation of our license to operate. This was all based on groundless
testimonial evidence that was neither backed by physical or corroborative
evidence. We have already begun the process of our appeal with your
honored department but we are writing to you now on a different yet
related matter.

Prior to the cancellation of our license we had already secured tickets and
visas for a number of workers who are now left with very few options.
Some of the workers have been waiting for months to finish all the
different employment processes and now their fate is left up in the air. The
workers themselves have approached us to seek redress in their behalf by
contacting you and your honorable office to find a way to allow the workers
that are already within the pipeline to leave the country.
We understand that this is not the norm but we have heard that in some
circumstances, you may intercede in behalf of the workers involved. We
have not broken the law your honor and we are here to merely implore you
to aid us in our goal to ensure that the time spent by our applicants was not
in vain.

Attached to this letter are our appeal and the decision of the POEA
Adjudication division. Even a layman would notice that no evidence was
presented that would show our guilt nor is there truth to the baseless
allegations that were slung at the honor of our company. We have been in
operation for nearly two decades your honor and we know that we are able
to sleep soundly at night knowing that we have not taken advantage of our
fellow man.

We humbly ask you to review the list of applicants that are likewise
attached to this letter and we hope that you would intercede swiftly in
order to alleviate the current plight of our workers.
