TO enable Trace in ININ – Navigate to the below location from the USER PC
C:\Program Files (x86)\Interactive Intelligence\ININ Trace Initialization
SET THE TRACE LEVEL TO 100
TO RETRIEVE THE LOGS FROM THE USER PC

1. Go to My Computer
2. In the address bar type %temp%
3. Select the folder titled inin_tracing
4. Select the folder with today's date or the date when the issue was reproduced
5. Archive the folder & email, or add to OneDrive and share the file to the ININ
