Summary

The client A.S was 16 years old boy. He was admitted in Government Special Education school. In formal
assessment was done by using clinical interview, behavioral observation , Beck Depression Inventory
(BDI), Mental Status Examination (MSE), and were used for formal assessment. He was diagnosed
“persistent depressive disorder”. The management technique was planned to manage his symptoms.
Different techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, group therapy, family therapy and self-help
technique will be used.
