MALAI METHI




Marinate chicken in curd and galic and ginger paste for around half an hour.

In hot oil put the khada masalas.

Next put grated onions and green chillies and saute on high flame.

When transluscent put in methi. Cook on high flame till done.

Next put the marinated chicken.

After cooking for 5 minutes add turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander
powder and a small amout of garam masala.

When the chicken is almost done, add cream and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot
