Responsibilities during job are as follows:
 Implementation of overall HSE Management System for the achievement of QHSE Department’s
objectives.
 To develop Job Safety Analysis, Safe system of work by using Permit to Work System.
 To ensure the use of PPE’s at the rig-site area, Plant area, and overall operation.
 To conduct emergency evacuation drills (Fire, H2S, Kick).
 Providing training to crew members such as H2S awareness and basic firefighting training.
 Reporting and documentation related to HSE issues on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Tool Box talks with crew members on daily basis.
 Daily or monthly inspection of firefighting equipment.
 Co-ordination with the Rescue Team during Emergency.
 Permit to Work System implementation and its compliance, Log out Tag out (LOTO).
 Develop Risk Assessments and Conduct Accident & Incident Investigations.
