RESUMEN
El presente artículo nos da a conocer información tanto teórica como experimental acerca de los circuitos
divisores de voltaje en corriente continua, así como los componentes de un circuito eléctrico y las
diferentes funciones que realiza cada componente dentro del él. También nos ayuda a identificar los
elementos y funciones que existen en un circuito eléctrico de corriente continua con resistencias
asociadas en serie. Nos indica como armar un circuito divisor de voltaje de dos y tres resistencias. Nos
da a conocer las diferencias entre corriente alterna y corriente continua, además de las diferentes
simbologías de la resistencia. Nos indica cómo encontrar la resistencia equivalente de una combinación
en serie con dos y tres resistencias y a identificar la diferencia al incrementar dichas resistencias.

The present article gives us to know both theoretical and experimental information about voltage
dividing circuits in direct current, as well as the components of an electrical circuit and the different
functions performed by each component within it. It also helps us to identify the elements and functions
that exist in a DC electric circuit with resistors associated in series. It tells us how to build a voltage
divider circuit of two and three resistors. It reveals the differences between alternating current and direct
current, as well as the different resistance symbologist. It tells us how to find the equivalent resistance
of a combination in series with two and three resistors and to identify the difference when increasing
these resistances.
