MARK HAZELWOOD’S MOTION REQUESTING BOP DESIGNATION

Defendant Mark Hazelwood (“Mr. Hazelwood”) respectfully moves this Court to

recommend that Mr. Hazelwood be designated by the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) to serve his

sentence at Montgomery FPC in Montgomery, AL.

I. BRIEF FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Mr. Hazelwood was sentenced on September 26, 2018, to 150 months imprisonment. At

the hearing, Mr. Hazelwood requested permission to notify the Court by subsequent motion of his

preferred placement by BOP. The Court graciously granted the request and agreed to make the

suggested recommendation.

II. REQUEST FOR RECOMMENDATION

After taking the Court’s advice to deliberate and after considering his options, Mr.

Hazelwood requests the Court recommend placement at Montgomery FPC, Maxwell Air Force

Base, Montgomery, AL 36112.

CONCLUSION

Mr. Hazelwood requests that the Court recommend he be designated to serve his sentence

at Montgomery FPC in Montgomery, AL.
