Teaching Philosophy

Philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational
environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. According to
Maria “incorporating new technologies into lessons” (Maria, 2013). Its my wish to create good
environment for students for example students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe
environment such as having computer to search.

A positive classroom management its important for teacher to motivate students in positive
way like use different strategies in classroom. For example follow the rules and use class dojo
and positive and negative reinforcement. According to skinner ”He believed best way to
understand behavior is to look at the causes and consequence” (McLeod, 2018). These
will help teacher to be success and have good and safe environment and it will increase learner
behavior to be active. For example: teacher reward students who have good behavior.

A great teacher should have during teaching environment good classroom managing, clear
objective, effective skills and good communication with partner to be successful. Also A great
teacher is very engaging and holds the attention of students in all discussions it make
the students active and want to learn. Its teacher responsibility to let students feel
comfortable with their teacher and the students.

However, teaching philosophy has altered because of this and propels my belief that in
order for students to stay intrinsically motivated they must be able to take ownership
over their learning. This happens in my classroom through exploration processes that
provide a version of entertainment that can compete with the types of entertainment that
provide engagement outside of school.

Over the course of this year, I’ve come to reali3e that my teaching philosophy must be an
attitude not only towards what’s best for my students, but what is also best for my own
personal growth. If I am not constantly trying to improve my instructional methods, stay up5to
date on technology, and strive to learn from my students, then I would have failed my students.

I believe teaching is the most important to be success in futures. Also I believe that most
students learn beast by engaging in activities. According to Vegotsky “Learning is a social
activity” (Crawford, 1996). For example hand on activities it help learner to learn more and
be more attention. Teacher should to help and motivates students and get them more
involved in the learning process to be succeeded.
