Description of Content :
This is referred to Engineer review comments No.FSDI-CHEC/CGS/004303/A, end sealing works at BRI-04 P15-P16 pier head
reinforcement. Method of concrete filling of the end of pier head and its formwork have changed as per the Engineer review comments
and it is illustrated in Appendix 1. A ll the locations, levels and dimensions in the attachments are in accordance with approved working
drawings of BRI-04 reinforcement of pier.
