Identify the concepts in establishing a strong and effective mentor-mentee relationship.
Engage themselves in the different activities to develop a smooth interpersonal relationship.
Demonstrate team building to foster strong camaraderie.
Express their willingness to accept their responsibility as mentor/coach in their field of endeavor

Key Understanding/ Learning Good communication helps to develop a positive working relationship between the mentor and mentee by
