Subject: SUBMISSION OF WATER, SANITATION AND HYGIENE IN SCHOOLS (WinS)

PROGRAM REPORTS FOR S/Y 2018

1. In compliance with DepEd Order No. 10 s. 2016 entitled Policy and Guidelines for the
Comprehensive Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Schools (WinS) Program, this office shall
conduct a re-evaluation of the implementation of the WinS Program.

2. All public school heads and WinS Program school coordinators are informed and required
to submit online the WinS MONITORING FORM, which can be downloaded at
https://drive.google.com/.. ./0Bzj8QLWxkhGLelp4cjRRNkpELW8/view on or before November
15, 2018.

3. After accomplishing said form, it shall be uploaded at https://deped-wins.sysdb.site/Login/.

Each school will utilize the assigned username and password (default username and
password: SCHOOL ID) to log in on the WinS Online Monitoring System.

4. This office shall award the best implementers and practices for the present school-year.
Schedule for school evaluation shall start on December 5, 2018 by the Division WinS
Technical Working Group.

5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
