Established in Year 2010 as THE DIGEON’S OF ZION GUARD SECURITY SERVICES CORPORATION, the company
went through a major re-organization to deal with the stiff competition in the Security Service Industry of the
millennium.
Renamed and registered as the new TORCH AND SHIELD SECURITY AGENCY (TASSA) in January
2013 under the PNP SECURITY AGENCIES AND GUARDS SUPERVISORY DIVISION (PNP-SAGSD), and on other
Government mandated Agencies.

TORCH AND SHIELD SECURITY AGENCY (TASSA) is a 100% Filipino owned company, extremely dedicated in
servicing your security requirements on your properties as well as your people’s lives.

However, the said standard PADPAO rates per region are open for NEGOTIATION.
