    To: Primary Water LTD. RE: DEEP GROUND WATER EXPLORATION AND WATER FOR DRY LAND FARMING: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST This letter highlights my interest in engaging with PRIMARY WATER LTD (PWL) to determine the feasibility of finding a sustainable deep water supply on my property. We have a water allocation of ________ Mega Litres (ML) per annum. Our primary business is (E.G. Cattle, Sheep, Rice, Cherries, Etc.) We are pleased to learn that PWL has the ability to determine the drilling location to find sustainable deep ground water which can result in bores with sustainable high flow rates that can offset the effects of drought and increase the value of my land and crop/stock production. We understand that the next steps involve communicating with a PWL representative for a FREE site/property assessment: • To determine that our current Government water allocation exceeds 200 ML per annum (or we have the ability to apply for a water allocation exceeding 200 ML per annum) • That PWL can find a water resource whose flow rate exceeds my property water requirements or 200ML per annum. After completion of the site/property assessment, and subject to mutual agreement between us (the landowner) and PWL, we may choose to enter a written agreement whereby: • PWL would establish our water requirements and needs • PWL would establish a full cost & feasibility study showing in detail the work to be done and the expected returns over 5 years • PWL would fund or arrange finance to map, drill and setup the site and pump infrastructure to access the deep fractured water • PWL would provide a drilling plan, site and bore hole assessment (including depth, size and flow rate) and water quality analysis • PWL would provide water monitoring and cleansing technology (if required) • PWL would provide site and bore maintenance It is our intention to explore this opportunity within 3 months.
