No DESCRIPTION ACTION

1 Make grouping for standard villa by level WTI, GKAI

2 GKAI will give connecting villa drawings for WTI to GKAI, WTI
develop the landscape, GKAI and WTI will also develop
connecting gate design.
3 Finishing garden wall suggestion to use the same stone as GKAI, WTI
finishing planter box material
4 WTI will send inspiration pictures of Madura lime stone WTI
stones and lime stone like in the temple Sanggrahan

5 WTI was asked to make grouping villa colored drawings WTI
with 1: 50 scale A2 paper
6 WTI suggest to make planter box not too visible and more Info
slope to follow the ground contour
7 Planter box above 1.5m height will be designed by MI and Info

no need to do retaining wall finishing to reach the natural
look.

 10 Retaining wall in the service building also will be made WTI
with slope shape, so there will be fewer retaining wall
11 WTI & GKAI ask the cut & fill contractor to be more JGH
flexible, suggestion for the contracts to be per M3 not lum
sum
12 For garden work retaining wall, WTI & GKAI recommend JGH
to be done by PTI
13 WTI will decide for retaining wall drawings that was WTI
designed by WTI and by MI
14 There is an additional suggestion for garden staircase Info
between villas for guests who want to walk to not through
the buggy path.
15 GKAI and WTI had checked again leveling in villa 33 Info
16 Revision on main road level OK because already followed Info
the existing level
17 GKAI and WTI will develop a pool pavilion with concepts GKAI, WTI
much like bale kulkul
18 Lobby asked to be more open for view to the dry river cliff GKAI
from the restaurant
19 Service road on lobby building will be set again so won’t GKAI, WTI
be too visible from porte cochere and guest access.
20 The position of the hotel temple in island in the river in WTI
front porte cochere and WTI ask to design the temple to
not ask advice from local people. WTI will develep the
design to fit the garden theme so it will be like artwork in
the garden.
21 GKAI will send lobby drawings to WTI to develop the GKAI
garden design.
22 Parking beside the buggy path on porte cochere to not WTI
more than 2m
23 WTI to check the level of the buggy path on the bridge and WTI
next to the villa 25 so that the path won’t be too twisted.
24 Service building: need to add storage and garage for the GKAI, WTI
mowing machine. And recommendation for organic waste
position to be shifted, so it will be easier for the garbage
truck in and out.
25 WTI suggest contact Dewa Sedana (PTI) to check existing JGH
cave clearance
