Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with
these conditions to be valid.
2. The competition commences at 7:30 am on November 10 th, 2018 and closes on December
24th, 2018 at 11:59 pm (“Promotional Period”). Late entries will not be considered.
3. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. spend $50.00 or more in one (1) transaction at any Channell or Trimart Supermarket
location, and
b. visit www.channellandtrimart.com and submit an Entry Form using your qualifying
store receipt.
4. Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotional Period. Limit one (1) entry permitted
per qualifying transaction (regardless of the amount in excess of $50 spent in the transaction).
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.
5. Winners will be randomly selected on an ongoing basis from all valid entries submitted at the
time of selection and notified using the contact information provided on the Entry Form.
Winners will also be publicly announced via social media and our in store screen network.
6. Inability to contact a Winner due to inaccurate or invalid Entry Form information or failure
of the Winner to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result
in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.
7. Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. Channell Enterprises Limited and
Trimart Incorporated reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
8. Entrants to the competition are eligible for all subsequent Daily and Weekly Prizes as well as
for the Grand Prize drawing.
9. Daily Prize Winners will receive shopping vouchers or hampers not to exceed $100 in value.
10. Weekly Prize Winners will receive a Room Makeover up to a $5000 value complements of
Standard Distributors Limited Barbados.
11. Channell Enterprises Limited and Trimart Incorporated shall not be liable for any loss,
damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or
using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Channell Enterprises Limited and Trimart Incorporated assume no responsibility for any
loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including
security breaches. If such problems arise, then Channell Enterprises Limited and Trimart
Incorporated may modify cancel, terminate or suspend the competition.
13. Entrants consent to Channell Enterprises Limited and Trimart Incorporated using their
name, likeness, image and/or voice and their entry in the event that they are a winner in
any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Channell Enterprises Limited and Trimart
Incorporated.
14. The Competition and Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of Barbados and
any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
