Follow the Leader
Read the text and do the exercises that follow.
Being a leader isn't just a matter of giving orders. Certain personal qualities are also desirable and
can have a good effect on other people.
1. Someone who has a strong desire to be successful. This encourages others to be successful too.
2. Someone who shows delicate feelings. This encourages others to say how they really feel.
3. Someone who feels hopeful about the future. This encourages general positive thinking.
4. Someone who is just and reasonable. Everyone should feel valued and important.
5. Someone who believes in their worth. This can be an example to less confident people.
6. Someone who is usually in a good mood. This should encourage a happy atmosphere.
