MIGHTY – 150 S
(High Range Water Reducer / Superplasticizer)

Mighty – 150 S is a synthetic oligomer – based additive which performs

extremely well with portland cement of various type. Mighty – 150 S can be added to
finished portland cement either alone or in combination with aggregates to manufacture
cement paste, mortar and / or concrete for varying end – uses without requiring so much
water normally called for by conventional water reducers. Mighty – 150 S works also
well with blended cement such as blast furnace slag blended cement and fly-ash blended
cement.

CERTIFICATION TEST
Mighty – 150 S meets the requirements of Japanese Architectural Standard
Specifications JASS 5T-401, the Standard Specification of the Japan Society of Civil
Engineers, 1974, and Japan Industrial Standard (JIS) A 6204, all for water reducing for
concrete. It also meets ASTM C 494 requirements for type A (water reducing) as well as
type F (high range water reducing) admixtures for concrete. Mighty – 150 S is also
officially approved as superplasticizer (high range water reducing agent) for

 concrete that meets to requirements for BS 5075 Part 1. Copies of such certification test
reports are available on request.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
The normal addition rate of Mighty – 150 S is in the range of 0.6 – 2.4% by weight of
cement. The approximate ranges of dosage rates are provided in the following table as a
guideline, which is based on Japanese ordinary portland cement in mixes of 8 to 21 cm
slumps and 400 to 700 kg/m3 cement contents.

PACKING
