problem (1) Cold end baskets are to
be cleaned by removing & hot end / JUN 2019 DURING UNIT AOH
intermediate baskets are to be
cleaned in position. (2) Seal
replacement & Seal setting is to be
done. (3) Sector plate repairing
To avoid the loosening & detachment
of collecting panels from top tad
pole, modification by providing
additional clamping is in process.
Already first 3 fields of all pass work Tender - 2 months’ Work - AOH/SD
completed.

Tender proposed for supply & works

of remaining fields.

To avoid the moisture formation in

conveying air, receiver tanks are to be
installed additionally as well as after
cooler will be provided to reduce the
temperature of conveying air. Root 6 months
valve which are having dome type are
to be replaced by double disc type.
Few valves have been replaced by
double disc type.

At present 05 nos. clinker grinders

are in service. 01 no grinder will be 15 days
made available very soon

To avoid pressurization of Silo,

following works are planned and
under process.

1) Replacement of suitable vent fans.

PO Placed and material is awaited.

2) Replacement of bag filter mother

plate. Proposal under process. 2 months

3) Providing purging air receiver and

modification of purging system for
effective purging of bag filters and
prevent premature failure of filter
bags work in progress.

If any one of the units TDBFP fails:

Spare repaired Cartridge is available
with us. Booster pump spares are not
available with us. Presently, all
TDBFP's available in all units.

All CW Pumps are in service & no

major issues except CW pump 10B,
having mechanical seal leakage. PO
under process & needs HO approval.
In view of OEM proposal, HO
approval and material availability at 15th Dec-18.
site up to Nov-18 end. After receipt of
material, CWP-10B Mechanical Seal
replacement work will be taken and
work will be completed in ten days.
The critical spares of CWP proposal,
sent to HO is under process.

Presently all CEP's are available.

Spares are available with us if any
emergency occurred. Only High
vibration problems in all units,
particularly CEP-B. But all are in
within limit. However to reduce
vibration level, modification plan is
under execution. Replacement of 15th Mar 2018
existing Cardon shaft by tubular shaft
is planned & material procurement is
proposed. The said proposal is in
process and PO will be finalized up to
Dec-18. After receipt of material,
work will be taken and optimize the
vibration level.
Debris filter system-B stream found
choke up. Choke up removal freeness
work is in progress, but still DP is
maintaining higher side. Due to this During next possible opportunity.
choke up, CW back pressure
increased up to 3.25 kg/cm2. But
there is no vibration in CW Pump-
10B.

All ACW pumps are available and

vibrations are in within limit. Ok
