We invite you to stand and sing with us as we praise God through

FAMILY MINISTRIES
Family Thanksgiving Dinner
Wednesday, November 14th - 6:30pm
The church will provide turkey, dressing, rolls, and drinks. We need you

presented this night.

COMMUNITY LIFE
Bible Study Fellowship
An interdenominational Bible study meets on Thursdays 9:30am at
Tullahoma First Baptist Church in their fellowship hall. All women are

Christmas...
We have an opportunity to give each inmate (men
and women) a gift bag at Christmas this year.
Last year we were able to give them a pair of
socks, bar of soap, individual bag of chips and a snack cake. You can
be a part of this by making a donation to the jail ministry. Just mark “jail
ministry” in the memo line on your check and place in the offering plate.
There are around 250 inmates. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
Wings of Dove Ministries - Over the past year, 195 Bibles have been
sent to Silverdale CCA, Chattanooga; Bledso CC, Pikeville; TPFW,
Nashville; and Franklin Co. Jail on our behalf to inmates that our Jail
ministry team has ministered to or come in contact with. These Bibles
were provided and mailed by Wings of Dove Ministries. We thank the
Lord for bringing us together with this ministry to help love on women in
TN that desperately need a Savior.

Did you know…that millions of us come and go to church every Sunday without
a single thought that any harm might come because of it? We don’t worry about
striking up a conversation about faith in public or hanging out with a church
group in public. In China, those are luxuries Christians don’t have. For them,
even talking about Jesus is one of the most dangerous things a person can do.
And another 20 people in the Sichuan province are living proof as to why. Last
week, a group of people from the Early Rain Covenant Church decided to do
some street evangelism. It was a bold act in such an oppressive country – and
government officials made sure they paid for it. Believers fanned out along the
streets, until the police put a stop to it, arresting almost two dozen. Wang Yi,
the church’s pastor, posted, “The Gospel has been proclaimed. We gave out all
the leaflets. Those brothers and sisters [in Christ] who were waiting at the
police station brought more and distributed them all … We encountered
another police station and got to know a group of people who believe in Christ.
May the Lord’s love be with these law enforcement officers.” The group was
released later that night, but others have not been so lucky. In Cameroon,
American missionary Charles Wesco was shot and killed in what officials are
calling a “targeted attack”. His family is understandably shocked. His whole
purpose for moving to Cameroon, his brother told ABC News, was “to share the
love of Christ with people in a very poor and strife-ribbed country.” Around the
world, Christians of all kinds are being tortured, harassed, and slaughtered for
their beliefs. Remember in prayer the millions of people in countries like China
whose fate is so deeply tied to America’s. The persecuted have an
administration fighting for them.
