I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
Cassandra Welch was identified by the home owner at 6040 S. Canal Road, City of Taylorsville, as one of the
subject inside of the home taking personal belongings from inside of it. Welch and several other subjects forced
entry into the home and then fled when challenged by officers. She got into a tan or gold colored Cadillac sedan
and the driver fled from officers. The vehicle stopped after colliding with a fence and Welch was taken into
custody. She was transported to the Salt Lake County jail and booked into custody for burglary of a dwelling.
