MICRBOX - technological communication module with special measurement

MICROBOX is a general indication of technological modules from

product line with communication module and special measurements.
The entire line is designed MICROBOX to create communication layer
of monitoring, management, recovered or other computer systems.
MICROBOX Model-T is equipped with modules for special voltage
measurement. MICROBOX Model-T has a function of intelligent
terminal technology, it is equipped with two communication lines, the
first is optical, the other RS 485. MICROBOX-model C is the classic
line-separator transmitter in a rugged design. It allows flexible
construction of serial transmission routes. Model MICROBOX-C can
be find in two versions. Design C-1 - it is the first optical interface and
the second variable RS232 / RS422 / RS485 / CL20mA. design C-2,
with two variable interfaces RS232 / RS422 / RS485 / CL20mA.

MICROBOX is a general indication of technological modules from product line with communication module and special
measurements. The entire line is designed MICROBOX to create communication layer of monitoring, management,
recovered or other computer systems. MICROBOX device can be equipped with circuit and software modules for
implementation of simple automation functions. MICROBOX can be used in combined cycle for data collection and
management / control or monitoring access technology. MICROBOX device can be equipped with different types of
communication interfaces. Basic firmware version provides the Intelligent Terminals (+ 4xDI 2xDO) with special
measurement. In the basic firmware version there are the communication functions MODBUS RTU for connection to
higher-MICROBOX data concentrators with RS485 interface. Add-on functions of firmware allow the integration of the
MICROBOX into Smart metering and AMR / AMM systems. The built-MRC module can be used in combination of
features of classical HDO incorporating SMART METER and automation functions. The module allows monitoring
HDO HDO signal in 3f system at two frequencies simultaneously from input 230 / 400V or 60V MTN. Additional
function of module HDO allows synchronous multi-point measurement signal on the network and monitoring power in
DTS. The standard function of MICROBOX HDO is built-in receiver / multimeter with protocol support Versace on two
frequencies simultaneously. The way of evaluation of the MRC signal is compatible with the diagnostic functions of
control units RSCX used in management systems transmitters model line RS115 / RS25 / RS36. RTC has a separate
battery backup in case of power failure. Life battery backup RTC is at least 12 months. The core of FIRMWARE forms
a dedicated application that supports real-time processing, a good stability and allows control procedures where it is
connected to the built WATCH DOG. Other automation features may be added to MICROBOX established upon request
after consultation with the producer.

1. The semiconductor switch for controlling load AC 230 V (functions under 05-TRS1X).
2. Line communication converter (functions under 05-QLD).
3. Module for data concentrators - RTLINX application services, license for 50 active ranges on SME SCADA.
4. Concentrator MICRORTU.

MICROBOX equipment, and software module MICRORTU RTLINX form part of the system for the administration
and management of energy and support smart metering functions.

Technology module MICROBOX functionally complements the product line stations RSCX concentrator
MICRORTU.
