Your feelings, beliefs, problems and questions

For this week I feel sad because it is the last week when I say to the students that it is my last day with them the
also feel sad and one of the students was cries. I love my students and I feel relax with my MST. We shared
together our idea. I face problem in the trip some of my students didn’t listen to me when I ask them make line
up they don’t want when they see anything of plays the students will forget all the rules in that time it was hard
for me to deal with the students during the trip.

What you have learnt throughout the week

For the last week I learn that I need to be ready for any time that the principal will observe me. I learn how to
make good transition between the circle time and the activity. The transition is important for the students
because it make their class more organized.” Transitions in teaching are important because student learning
depends upon them. Efficient transitions increase time for learning”. I learn that the reward make the students
listen to the teacher I remember that in one day I say to the students I will see who will respect for the teacher I
will give to them a reward I see that the all students respect the teacher.” Students are motivated to achieve
and conform to appropriate behaviors when either intrinsically or extrinsically rewarded”.

For the last week the students have a trip in book fair. My MST tilled me that you will be with boys team and
take care of them I feel happy because my MST trust of me. It was hard for me to deal of them they feel happy
but they don’t want to listen. It is a big responsibility when you take the students in the other place because the
students should not lost if they lost the principal will punish the teacher because she does not know how to
control with the students during the trip.
