purchases something for his
personal use & Robotics generally

engineering(mechanical &
electrical) , computer science all
clubbed together for creating

behaviour and can do tasks more
efficiently than humans.Integrated MBA Group 6
Robotics is changing our daily lives at

change the way things are done in the industries in
which they are being implemented.
 Considering that India is already a manufacturing
hub catering to the whole world, so not only in
household & service sectors but the use of robots in
every aspect of manufacturing will provide the
necessary edge to companies. In turn this will propel

 Robotic cleaning is in great shape across the world.
 Slowly it is making it is making it’s impact on the Indian
people, due to the increase in trend of working women
and adaptation of luxurious lifestyle by the people.
 As mentioned earlier in the ladder form of different
sectors, the total no. of consumers for product will be
few lakhs (estimated); Once the product is launched and
advertised properly.
 Our main focus at first will be the household sectors and
service sectors once our product will be a success there,
then will be introduce our product in corporate and other
sectors.
 Starting from household and service sectors will give a
good boost to our product i.e.(taking a step wise action)
as at present the demand for these type of products is
more in these sectors. Integrated MBA Group 16
Growth of Consumer
Robotics
➢ The Consumer Robotics Industry is
moving at a very high pace, creating
tough competition.
➢ Consumer task robots are still dominated
by the familiar robotic vacuum cleaner
today, but still these are not much used
because of high price, beyond the reach
of common man.
➢ Floor Mopping robots will be soon
added along side with floor washing &
window washing robots.
Integrated MBA Group 17
“ Our main focus is to provide
Automatic Robotic Cleaner with all
the features with economic
commercialisation and cost

▪ Automatic Robotic Mopper is not that much popular
among the Indian People.
▪ Major portion of the crowd are not aware about such
product.
▪ It may be due to lack of advertising & awareness.
▪ Or as stated above it may be due to high price.
▪ Our main motive will be to launch the product in the
target market at a competitive price with proper
advertising, so that the society will be aware about
our product.
▪ this will increase our area of coverage, there by
increasing the scope of business so that all sectors
will enjoy its efficiency i.e. Household, Industry,
Service ; etc. Integrated MBA Group 19
 Currently as our country is not that much advanced in
technological implementation as compared with Japan or
other Countries, Hand Mopping is still much effective than
Robotic Mopping.
 So, factors like lack of awareness, lack of promotion, high
pricing of luxury gadgets, plays a key and role for the
unsuccessful implementation of the Robotic Mopper.
 Other important factor is that a major chunk of India’s
population are of low income groups.
 So, our agenda will be providing “THE BEST AT A
AFFORDABLE COST”.
 Keeping in view the high hopes and need of the middle
income groups. Integrated MBA Group 20
 But looking at the current scenario of our country, with
initiative of “SWACHH BHARAT MISSION”, by the
Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Damodhar Das
Modi, which has created a craze among our people to
keep the country clean and green, our R&D team and
Marketing team has found out there will be more
demand for our product once it is launched.
➢ This will also help in increasing our market size and
area of coverage, which will also help us to earn more
profits in the future, as our main aim will be to provide
the product at such price which could be affordable by
a larger section of people.

Integrated MBA Group 21

Integrated MBA Group 22
 Though the pricing scale of our product will be lower, but
there will be no compromise in the quality standard of the
product and life expectancy.
 So, future expansion of our business will totally depend on
how our product will be accepted by our target audience.
 Compromising in quality standard is a strict no in our
business, the best will the quality of our product the more and
more people will be attracted to buy our product.
 Other main focus area are;

1. Creating Brand name

2. Creating Goodwill & Good reputation

Doing all this will help us and our product to sustain in the
market for a long run with good customer response from all
sectors there by increasing chance of expansion.
Integrated MBA Group 23
Integrated MBA Group 24
 Our main target will be different service
providing sectors, where cleanliness and clean

where clean & hygiene environment is always
required.
 With the smart city concept now in progress,
so the people those who will be the residents,
for them cleanliness will be will a top priority.
So, the residents of the smart cities will be our

 Our Spic & Shine Automatic Robotic
Mopper will face competition from form
companies like LG and SAMSUNG, as they
are in this line of making consumer
robotics products since past few years.
 But due to their high pricing concept,
the customer turnover or the consumers
for robotics product is less.
 So, because of competitive pricing,
without compromising in quality, our
management team has has made a
forecast that our company product will
excel in the future.

 Market size of LG & Samsung is more as compared
to Spic & Shine, as they are old customers.
 Coming on to demographics, LG & Samsung have
not targeted a particular audience for selling the
products as their pricing is too high so common man
to buy and use it.
 Spic & Span has targeted a group of customers and
developed the product accordingly without quality
compromising.
 Pricing is also less in case of Spic & Span.
 Due to less pricing and good quality products with a
vision of sustaining for a long run, Spic & Span has
high Growth Prospectus in the long run. Integrated MBA Group 36

 Futurists have long predicted a world in which robots
perform dull or dirty tasks so humans can focus their
energies elsewhere.
 That future is here, thanks to robotic appliances that help
home owners take care of boring chores like vacuuming,
mopping, and even cleaning gutters and pools.
 Home care has become the first breakout market for a
growing new device category: consumer robots.
 Our launch plan is to first introduce our Robotic Mopper
for the household, by following door to door marketing
and also by giving one day demo to the household sectors
in order to show the efficiency of our mopping machine;
So, that our targeted customers can buy our product
without much adieu.

 India is a developing country and in order to
transform it into a developed country, our
present government has taken several
initiatives and among them, “Make in India,
Skill India, Digital India”; are some of the
concrete steps.
 As it is familiar to all of us that more than
half of India’s Population is youth, so we can
say that our country has a vast potential to
over shadow all other developed countries in
the coming years if the talent of our youth is
utilised in a proper way.
 It is a country where, if the Talent of the
bubbling youth if mixed with the experienced
elders then we can achieve great heights.
Integrated MBA Group 48
 Countries such as China has GDP which is stronger
than that of India. Here the question arises why is
it so? It’s because they focus on optimum
utilization of recourses.
 Few days ago I was saw it on the net that in every
nook and corner of China they have set of
manufacturing hub, where they manufacture it and
export to other countries.
 Why can’t our country India do the same? We are
no less than other countries, so why can’t we
manufacture our own technology and create
something new out of it so that every Indian citizen
can use it by paying an Affordable rate.
 So, I think it will soon be a reality and we can
overtake our competitors to become the developed
country in the Globe.
