The foundation is that structure that is responsible for transmitting the loads to the
ground, distributing them in such a way that the admissible pressure must not be
exceeded in each part of the building and does not produce zonal loads, taking into
account the characteristics of the soil, it is going to be chosen The type of foundation
to be developed. They transmit the forces originated by the own weight of the
structure and surcharges that later will act on this, it resists all the punctual loads and
it supports them in the field with firmness, by means of vertical understanding. We
can also say that it is the support of the house, and the cause of the balance. It must
be constructed by fixing the weight of live and dead loads, so that it can be durable.
We will talk about the types of foundations one of them are the Superficial foundations
that are those that lean in the superficial or shallow layers of the ground, to have this
sufficient capacity bearing or because they are constructions of secondary
importance and relatively light. In short, Superficial Foundations share the force
transmitted by the structure through its supporting elements on a surface of fairly large
terrain that supports those loads. In the next monograph it is structured in two
chapters where in the first chapter will be made known about the foundations and in
the second about the superficial foundations, its definition and the types of superficial
foundation that there is.
GENERALIDADES:
tienen diferentes momentos flectores.
asentamientos diferenciales.
