permanent work as per approved drawings.
f) All water shall be drained and pumped out of the form work
g) Specified minimum cover shall be provided to reinforcement, cover blocks will be made by using the
same grade of concrete of that structure.
h) Waterproofing will be applied on blinding.
a) The protection and proper curing of freshly poured concrete is extremely important to the
ultimate strength and durability of the concrete cast in site.
b) Freshly placed concrete shall be protected from rain, dust, storms and chemical attack.
c) Curing and protection shall start immediately after the compaction of the concrete by using
polythene sheet to avoid moisture loss from the concrete surface.
d) Then, further curing of concrete done by keeping the exposed surfaces thoroughly damp
(Hessian cloth) with water. If required Anti evaporation nylon sheet will be provided.

as per approved drawings.
b) Reinforcement steel will be used as per approved drawing.
c) Before any concrete is placed the formwork shall be thoroughly cleaned with air
pressure in order to remove saw dust, sand, wire cuttings.
