It has been a really busy 2018 so far across all See all News
our sectors at Valeport. Our focus has been on
developing and successfully bringing to
market new products such as the SWiFTplus,
whilst continuing to support and evolve existing
products and business. We’ve been busy
supporting our Valeport distributors and
markets across the globe and look forward to
attending more trade shows before the end of
the year.

And like many of you, we’re currently planning

for what promises to be a very exciting 2019.

Valeport are delighted to announce that we are continuing our long-standing

relationship with Harwich Haven Authority (HHA) by partnering with OceanWise to
supply a new environmental monitoring system including Valeport TideStations.

More than thirty years ago Valeport began supplying HHA, which itself has been
operating for more than 900 years and now attracts trade from all over the world
managing 40% of the UK’s container traffic travel through its area.

Shallow Survey 2018

Sharing a stand with our Canadian agent, DASCO, we received strong interest in
the SWiFT SVP and the new SWiFTplus. It was good to connect with so many of
our customers and we’re already receiving orders for the SWiFT SVP, Midas
Surveyor and the TideMaster Tide Gauge from the show.

Teledyne Marine Technology Workshop Europe 2018

This was a well attended event at which we conducted demonstrations of the

Teledyne Marine rapidCAST together with our SWiFT SVP and Valeport Connect
software. These industry respected workshops are relevant to Valeport because
of our presence in the multi-beam echo sounder, sound velocity and sensors for
the USV, AUV and ASV markets.

Valeport appoints marketing manager

Guy Frankland has joined Valeport to streamline our

communications. Guy has wide-ranging experience of
the full marketing mix spanning over 20 years within
the Optical Instrumentation, Legal and Renewable
Industries.

Valeport and I’m really excited by the challenge of
joining Valeport to help realise their ambitious growth plans in 2019 and beyond.”
