OLIVIA SERWAA AGYEMANG

AS THE SPONSORED OR RECIPIENT

FOR A SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE FOR HER EDUCATION AT HOLY

FAMILY NURSES TRAINING COLLEGE- NKAWKAW
 DEED OF AGREEMENT

THE DEED OF AGREEMENT was made on ……………………………………………

BETWEEN

Dr. Nicholas Berkoh as the sponsor

AND

Oliver Serwaa Agyemang as the sponsored or the recipient

BACKGROUND

1.
A. Dr. Berkoh is funding the recipient’s education into a Nursing Training school at
Nkawkaw.
B. The Sponsor agrees to fund the total cost of the recipient’s total education bill to the
school and continue to pay her monthly wages till she completes the said school.
D. That, conditions apply to the sponsorship of the recipient.
E. The recipient to serve the sponsor a maximum of seven years after her attachment in
his accredited facility.
F. After the seven years the recipient has the right to leave the facility or go into further
agreement with the sponsor.

2. Obligation of the sponsor

2.1 The sponsor shall pay the recipients school fees for the three years duration.
2.2 The sponsor shall pay the amount in three consecutive years.

3.1. Obligation of the recipient

A. To undertake the nursing course and anytime internship or other training that goes
with the course.
B. To obtain a nursing certificate and pin within three years of commencing course.
C. To commence work in the sponsor’s accredited facility within the next year after
obtaining her pin..
D. Subject to the above
I. You must work seven years for the sponsor
ii. Within the seven years, respondent will be paid based on the profit accruing
to the facility that h e will manage after bill and operational expenses have been taken
care of.
3.2. The recipient agrees to notify the sponsor in writing of the following within 30 days
after one or more of the following events occur
a. Your annual nursing registration
b. Completion of your internship
4. BREACH OF AGREEMENT

Should the sponsored;

a. Discontinue permanently, the nursing course or withdrawal permanently from the
school
b. Are excluded from the nursing course by the school at any time
c. Do not become a nurse within the years specified
