Announcing the Launch of The Green Habitat Non-Profit

A new water conservation non-profit, which recently received its Bronze Listing with GuideStar, is
being launched in Prince Georges County, MD.

Fort Washington, MD, November 22, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Green Habitat, a water conservation
nonprofit based in Prince Georges County, Maryland, has officially been launched. The organization will
be working in the coming months to implement various programs to combat the exhaustion of one of the
world's most important resources, water. These programs include the Rain Barrel Art Project and Every
Drop Counts Program.

The Green Habitat is focused on bringing positive change to local communities through the
implementation of programs related to storm water pollution, conservation techniques, and home water
efficiency improvements. Recently, the non-profit earned the 2018 Bronze GuideStar Seal of
Transparency through its dedication to give potential donors and funders better insight into the work that
it does. The Green Habitat is also partnered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's WaterSense
Program to promote the use of products and practices that save water and protect the environment.
