7) You have the following options for doing more analysis from this screen:
NOTE! Whenever you make changes to an MRP element, the
A) To change an MRP element – element becomes “fixed”. It can no longer be updated by MRP
i) Select the MRP element automatically. For example, If you change a planned order, MRP
can no longer adjust that planned order according to actual
requirements (date, quantity changes, etc.)

i) Select Goto>Material Memo

C) To display MRP element pegging levels -

E) To summarize MRP elements by period –

i) Click .

ii) Review the data and select to return to the MRP Requirements List.

F) To analyze consumption –
i) Review the Total consumption tab in the overview area of the screen.

G) To convert a planned order to a purchase requisition –

i) Select the to the left of the planned order.

ii) Select the button.


iii) Change storage location, converted quantity, and delivery date, as required.

iv) Select .

v) Select to return to the initial screen.

H) To convert a planned order to a production order –

i) Select the to the left of the planned order.

ii) Select the button.


iii) Choose order type (PM91/PM92).

iv) Select .

v) Select (if no routing created).


vi) Follow the process for creating a production order.

vii) Select .

viii) Select to return to the initial screen.

I) To change MRP master data -


i) Follow the menu path Environment>Change material.
ii) Re-run MRP needed.
