Sir Julio emphasized that the aim of Grievance Machinery is for amicable
settlement
Ma’am Rhea suggested creating a workflow process that will serve as a
guide.

3. Providing copies of DepED All attendees
Order No. 35 s. 2004, copy
of complaints, and counter
affidavit to all members
Sir Julio suggested that all members should know the facts of the case
and provide stipulation based on the affidavit provided by both parties.
Sir Julio also suggested that the copies of office designation, special
order or office memorandum should be posted so as to inform and
enjoin the faculty.

4. Grievance Procedure All attendees Sir Julio emphasized that due process must be observed. Both parties
should be given equal opportunities to assert their side of the story.
Sir Julio also suggested that presentation of evidence and witnesses by
