(1) You can view the results of consolidation by using consolidation reports.

For this demo, we will show in detail how to display the consolidated balance sheet.

To open the app, select the Consolidated Balance Sheet tile.

(2) Enter CG1 as the consolidation group and press Enter.

(3) Choose OK.

The consolidated balance sheet displays. You can use the controls to filter
and sort the balance sheet, or to change rows and columns displayed.

(4) To expand a node in the FS item hierarchy, choose the arrow.

(5) To expand the hierarchy further, choose the arrow.

You can continue expanding the hierarchy in the same way.

(6) Additional options are available from the contextual menu, which you access by right-
clicking an item.

To filter by the selected FS item, choose Filter.

(7) Choose Filter Member.

(8) The balance sheet is filtered by the selected FS item. To remove the filter or add more
filters, choose Filters (1).

(9) To remove a filter, choose X.

(10) You can also add further filters here, or select the corresponding checkbox to show
the filter on the filter bar.

Choose Go.

(11) To expand all items in the hierarchy, you access the contextual menu by right-clicking
the FS Item column, and choose Hierarchy.

(12) Choose Expand All.

The filter bar can be controlled using the buttons at the top, and any filters
that are set to be displayed in the filter bar will display.

(13) To filter by posting level 20, you right-click the corresponding column and, in the
contextual menu, choose Filter.

(14) Choose Filter Member.

(15) To return to the launchpad, choose Home.

The other consolidation reports, which are accessible from the launchpad,
are used in the same way.

For example, you can display the balance sheet consolidated by

subgroups, by movements, or by consolidation units.

You can display the consolidated income statement or income statement

(cost of sales) in similar variations.

You can also display the cash flow statement, statement of

comprehensive income, and statement of changes in equity.
